So I guess the underground rappers and MC’s need to make tracks like these in order to get that ‘crossover’ appeal; can’t really hate on this song as its crafted well, and goes to show that there may be a market for the ‘Adult Contemporary Hip-Hop’ aficionado.
Another dope podcast from Mixtapeshow.net – this tape is the 4th installment of the ‘Bounce’ series. Which can be described as a fusion of hip-hop, drum n bass, and dirty south music. Overall, a clean and dope mix as it takes you from hip-hop to house and beyond.

An interesting dialogue by Joe Budden and his first-person perspective video as they talk about music being emotional – regardless of how shallow or deep your favorite artist may be, at the end of the day, all music brings an emotion. Joe Budden may bring some real life/struggle emotion, while Soulja Boy may make you feel like getting up and dance in the club – either way, it all comes down to the feelings.
Kind of a long video for the Internet finicky crowd, but you’ll learn something at the end of it. Side note: they really shouldn’t be talking so foul in front of the little kid … SMH

This must be from the late 80’s or early 90’s, but it is a video that teaches ‘hip-hop’ to white america. Now, ‘yes’ this is a badly produced video, but honestly, I think they had the best intentions.

Heard this track via Mixtapeshow.net, and thought it was fresh, different, and something that the game needs: some classic lines “give you your last words, because etiquette matters” – classic. The group is called Sandpeople, based out of the Northwest of the U.S. (guessing like Seattle or something).
